The Challenge

At EXHIBITORLIVE, ColorCraft set out to create a memorable presence that showcased our creativity and craftsmanship while positioning us as a trusted partner for brands seeking custom trade show exhibit solutions. Fresh off our 25th anniversary, we wanted to reinforce our reputation for bold, innovative design and seamless execution. The goal: demonstrate our ability to bring ideas to life and spark meaningful client relationships within a crowded field of exhibit professionals and corporate event marketers.

The Idea

Our 20’ x 20’ exhibit took the form of a giant cardboard shipping box, symbolizing the “delivery” of fresh ideas and results, as well as our commitment to thinking outside the box. The minimalist exterior featured clean branding and our tagline Ideas. Results., while the interior revealed a dynamic environment of inspiration and interactivity.

Key elements included an Interactive Portfolio Wall with rotating cubes showcasing client work and testimonials, an immersive video array highlighting exhibits in motion, and a suspended lightbulb structure that appeared to float above the open box, creating a visual representation of the moment inspiration strikes. Detailed finishes such as realistic corrugated textures and integrated lighting further reflected our craftsmanship and precision.

The Result

The approachable, hands-on environment drew steady crowds and fostered authentic conversations about exhibiting challenges and opportunities. Attendees praised the creativity and detail of the design, and post-show follow-up led to multiple new client partnerships, including several multi-show programs. The exhibit achieved its mission, proving that simple, strategic design can deliver maximum impact.
